Requesting a Refund
Steps to request a refund for an order.
- Open Your Order
- Go to the order you want a refund for.
- Select Request Refund
- Tap the refund option on the order details page.
- Choose a Reason
- Select the reason for your refund request.
- Add Details
- Provide additional information if needed.
- Submit Your Request
- Send your refund request and track its status in the app.
